Shipping & Refund Information

Our artwork is printed once payment has been received, and then we personally inspect every print before shipping to ensure quality. As such, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your items to be shipped to you.

Please be sure that the address you have listed with PayPal is correct, as that's the address we will ship your order to, unless you're ordering this as a gift. If you want us to ship your order to someone else, simply leave a comment for us so we can coordinate that.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will have to charge for shipping again.

Any images 16x20 or smaller will be mounted and shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard envelope with additional sturdy backing board inserted in the envelope to ensure safe arrival. Any images larger than 16x20 will be rolled up and shipped to you in a sturdy tube.

In the US, our prints are shipped via USPS and include tracking information. For international packages, we will ship via USPS First Class International Mail.

If you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment (whether US or international), please contact us so we can give you a quote.

There will be an 8.75% sales tax added to orders placed within California.

For international orders, the buyer will be responsible for any customs or duties that may be charged. Also, delivery times for international shipments cannot be guaranteed because items may be held up in customs.


Refund Policy

If your prints arrive damaged, or if you're not completely satisfied for whatever reason, please let us know and we'll either replace your order, or issue a refund (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you receive your order.

Simply send us an email and send the original image back to us. We do ask that you email us a picture of any damaged items before returning it to us. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.

All computer monitors are calibrated differently. Please keep in mind that the colors of your print might vary slightly with what you see on your screen. Our computer monitor is calibrated to the printing company we use to ensure the best possible results, but we also carefully inspect every print before shipping it to you to ensure quality.
